GiantSky has built and launched web-based case management systems for numerous human services agencies. Using the system as a platform, agencies are able to provide effective services to their clients. Our web based case management system allows agencies to database all their clients information and developments, track trends, get alerts for important items, and provide a powerful tool for case managers to “know and serve” their clients. By collecting this information into a central database, the system allows agencies to track their effectiveness in delivering human services of all types.

GiantSky has deployed the case management system for a refugee agency in Philadelphia, and a state welfare and workforce development organization. Our case management systems manage the lives of over 140,000 people, providing better services, and better analysis for our agency and local government clients. Outreach workers and case managers who spend a lot of time managing the complex requirements of their many clients are now able to access all their information on any internet accessible laptop or mobile device, and now focus on providing great service with the wealth of knowledge before them. For agencies, real time reports allow not only to track effectiveness, but to substantiate this to their funders.

For information about our online case management system for your organization, contact us.

GiantSky, a branding and interactive company in Philadelphia, was selected to rebrand Verdoni Imports, a large US distributor of Italian and Argentine wine. The brand strategy was to create an identity that would appeal to the two largest targets in the wine consumption community: the traditionalists, and the nouveau chic.

Verdoni Import’s previous image retained a V upon a generic map of the world, an image undifferentiated amongst any importer of any product. GiantSky saw the opportunity to bring the company closer to its identity: not just an importer of wine, but an enthusiast that was knowledgeable, and that admired the wine trade. Below find the 2 renditions of the new Verdoni Imports.

ABOVE: Verdoni Imports (Classic): Classic Vine with Wine grapes in elegant romantic script.

Stay tuned as GiantSky extends the Verdoni brand through entire aspects of the company, both digital and traditional.

We, at GiantSky, would like to endorse Barack Obama as the top Brand in the US for 2008. Barack Obama’s success is astounding. But this is no miracle. We believe that the creative work to bring life to the Barack Obama brand is world class, rivaling global brands such as Coke, Nike and others. Moreover, the beautiful way by which the Obama brand has transcended all forms of media, from their website, to print and television, is work to be admired. The message is clear, creative, inspirational and powerful, and now it has a symbol to represent it. The creative folks who were a part of Branding Obama are simply fantastic.

The identity of the Obama logo - a rising sun (son) over the great American flag and all forming a wholesome “O” for Obama - is just the beginning of a genius branding campaign. Beyond Barack Obama, the look of his identity is an inspiration in itself. The “O” transcends into hOpe, One, and Organize, all key aspects of the campaign. In comparison, the handwritten Hillary brand may be more reminiscent the eighties, while the other candidates are nothing more than serif ordinary.

Tagline: “CHANGE we can believe in.” Is an extention of this great creative work.

The result has been astounding. Obviously there are the millions who have been inspired to vote in the primaries for Obama. But let’s look at merchandising: there are almost NO articles of attire that you can purchase from the Barack Obama website… they have almost all sold out!! People are bidding on Obama gear on Ebay, even paying upwards of 500% of their retail value.

Obama is no longer just the name of a candidate, he represents “created value”. But it must be said, Obama the brand would be just a pretty work of graphics if it weren’t for the dynamic and passionate orator, Mr. Barack Obama himself, who has inspired an entire nation with his honest approach to the typically tainted game of politics. It is the authenticity of Barack himself that seems to be the brand value, and the artwork is just merely a catalyst of what he represents.

As of Valentine’s Day 2008, Barack Obama is not yet the Democratic candidate. But the Obama brand is a winner. Should he win the presidency, the world of marketing and advertising would look at this campaign as one of the greatest branding stories of our time, one that will be mimicked by future politicians, and taught as a case study everywhere for years to come.

GiantSky congratulates the creators of the Obama brand for such beautiful work, and the results speak for themselves. Obama is the most successful brand of 2008, and we are only in February.

Note: GiantSky was in no way involved with the Obama brand or campaign, but we are just an admirer.

GiantSky, a Philadelphia based marketing and technology agency, is proud to announce the launch of NeatSheets.com, the eCommerce website for NeatSheets brand linens owned by Everest Linens LLC.

A linens’ company you ask? Wait a minute, it’s not just any type of linens. NeatSheets are sheet sets with patented pockets on the sides. Patented Pockets? What, you may ask, are the pockets used for? Well, customers have used the pockets for everything, from reading glasses to remote controls, medicine to insulin injections, and even condoms and contraceptives. Neatsheets also have other features that make them unique including a “smart tag” which lets you know details of the sheets while being folded, and extra deep fitted sheets to accommodate mattresses of any size.

GiantSky accepted the project because Neatsheets embodies a core principle within our company: to bring innovation to life. GiantSky worked closely with the Everest Linens executives to design an eCommerce site that portrayed both a high-end look, while clearly demonstrating the benefits of pocketed sheets. GiantSky took the brand into the digital domain and worked with assets such as photographs and videos to bring “the established” look to NeatSheets.com.

Using the line: “What’s in your pocket?” we are able to generate a buzz and interactivity with customers. Customers are able to write in with their uses for this patented pocket design.

Moreover, the client was looking for an eCommerce system that was exceptionally robust, reliable, and with features that would allow them to grow indefinitely, while being cost-effective. GiantSky soft launched Neatsheets during the Christmas 2007 period, and is now gearing up for the “spring-cleaning” season.

Visit NeatSheets.com for more information.

BP Amoco Marketers Association, a representative division of the BP brand service station owners across North America, contracted GiantSky to design and build a fully manageable, web-based, member management, and convention management system.

GiantSky, working with half-FULL, designed and created a sophisticated system that completely streamlined BPAMA’s entire operations. By going from file management, to completely digital access, BPAMA is able to service its members better, access information easily, do research quickly, and above all, create an entire convention meeting on the fly.

Each year, BPAMA holds its annual convention where its 900+ membership base plus 1000+ vendor base converge. The Convention Management System that GiantSky created allows BPAMA to create and market details of the convention, create sign in forms with optional activities, integrates into an eCommerce system to accept payment, logs visitors in when they come, and provides real time reports about the entire event.

The BPAMA Member Management System provides an automated approach for the association to communicate with its members, manage their accounts, manage payments, share media, and even to allow eVoting of management and the board of directors.

GiantSky is thrilled to design and build such a sophisticated database system that now serves as the hub for all of BP Amoco Marketers Assn’s operations.

GiantSky, a Philadelphia based marketing and technology agency, was selected by Bonté wafflerie & café to entirely rebrand the company as they embarked on their national franchising strategy, and as they diversified to offer catering services.

Bonté has a unique product: bruges waffles. They are nothing less than delicious, and unlike American waffles, they are thick, sugar crusted and infused with white chocolate and fruit, or other “mix-ins”. Bonté initially presented a conservative look, a brand that portrayed a seriousness that was well out of tone for the exciting products they served.

GiantSky began by understanding Bonté’s corporate goals. We understood that the company needed to be competitive with star household brands in their sphere such as Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts, Panera Bread, Krispy Kreme and others. Furthermore, Bonté need a sense of identity that differentiated it, while providing customers with an enjoyable experience.

GiantSky created a “playful” theme for Bonté. To showecase this, we delivered a complete rebrand of Bonté and it’s logo, with key signatures, marks and colors that accommodates their various business segments. Consequently we extended the new brand into the store experience, signage, on its printed material, all packaging, menus, and more. Finally, GiantSky designed, created and launched myBonté.com, a fun digital website that provided a depth of information for the café, catering and franchising parts of the company. On the website, customers can find a location, order catered foods and apply for a franchise. This in turn streamlined and automated the companies operations, and allowed Bonté to bring efficiencies as they scaled into their franchise model.

The result has been a great success. Bonté’s franchise locations have grown, and the company’s clients identify with the new Bonté. GiantSky continues to provide its creative and strategic services to Bonté.

GiantSky, a Philadelphia based marketing and technology agency, was asked to create a new web presence and forum for behavioral health by the Thomas Scattergood Foundation, a Quaker-based, philanthropic, grant-making foundation. As part of its ongoing initiative to work with Non-profit organizations who may have constrained budgets, GiantSky was thrilled to be a part of the new Scattergood Foundation experience.

GiantSky created a website at www.scattergoodfoundation.org based on requirements presented by the foundation. The website contains a complete Content Management System that allows the organization to manage it with ease. The Scattergood Foundation’s central position as a funder and collaborator for behavioral and mental health issues in the Greater Philadelphia allowed the organization to be well positioned as the mediator for a regional behavioral health forum. GiantSky adapted an open source forum for the Scattergood Foundation and applied a seamless design to the integration.

GiantSky is privileged to be a part the Scattergood Foundation’s growth. We hope the behavioral health forum brings together the best minds of mental health, and results in the improvement of many lives.
